What changes at your order desk

TodayWith it
Someone opens each email, reads the PDF and keys every line.Lines arrive filled in. The person reviews instead of typing.
“The usual” and the customer's own part numbers depend on who remembers.Matched from your item list and that customer's past orders.
A wrong item or unit is found when it ships.Unsure lines are flagged, with the reason, before anything is entered.
A busy morning means confirmations go out late. The order is ready to confirm soon after the email lands.

Nothing changes for your customers: they keep emailing POs the way they do now.

How it works

  1. Orders reach it

A mailbox rule forwards order emails (orders@, a rep's inbox) to a private address. No install.

  2. It reads the PO

Email text, PDF, Excel, CSV, and scans or photos of faxes, read with text recognition and a language model.

  3. It matches each line

To your item master, units of measure, the customer's cross-reference part numbers and their recent orders.

  4. It shows its doubt

Every line gets a confidence. Low ones are flagged with the reason, such as “two valves fit”.

  5. You approve, it hands off

Approved lines go out as an import file for your ERP, or straight in where the ERP allows it. Nothing enters without a person.

Your item list and orders are used only for your account and never to train a shared model. In the free pilot it is the same flow, with every line also checked by hand.

What retyping costs you now

Put in your own numbers. This only counts the typing time you have today; it makes no promise about savings.

63 hours a month of typing, about 0.4 of a full-time person.

The starting values are an example. Change them to yours.

Send one PO. Get it back converted, free.

I convert it with an AI model, check every line by hand, and email you the order lines within 2 business days. Your answers tell me whether this is worth building and for which ERPs.

Your file is used only to send you the conversion and is deleted within 30 days. Remove prices or names first if you prefer. No file? Answer the questions and I will ask for one by email.

Questions

Is it built?

No. This page tests whether it should be. The pilot is done with an AI model and checked by hand, so you get a real result while I learn what breaks.

What does it cost?

The pilot is free. A price is not set yet; tell me in the form what it would be worth to you.

Which ERPs?

For the pilot, any: you get lines you can import or key in. Native connections come first for the ERPs pilots use most.

What happens to my file?

It is read only to send you the conversion, never shared, and deleted within 30 days. To delete it sooner, email matheuspavaneli@proton.me.
